Contact us
Whether you have found a mistake in an article, hit a bug in the editor, or want to ask how something works, this form reaches the people who build and write the site. We typically reply within 2–3 business days.

Reporting a correction
We would much rather fix an article than leave an error standing. If you are reporting a factual problem, please include the page URL and, if you can, what the correct information is. Substantive corrections are noted on the article itself — see our Editorial Policy for how we handle them.
Reporting a bug in the editor
The most useful bug reports tell us three things: which browser and version you were using, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If a particular PDF triggers the problem, please describe it rather than sending it — how many pages, whether it was scanned, whether it came from a form generator, whether it is password-protected. We do not want copies of your documents, and our support process is built so we never need them.
Questions about your files and privacy
A common one: can you delete the file I edited? We cannot, because we never received it. The editor processes documents entirely in your browser and has no upload endpoint. The About page explains the mechanism and how to verify it yourself, and the Privacy Policy covers what we do collect — analytics and advertising data — and how to opt out.
Advertising and partnerships
We run standard display advertising and do not sell sponsored articles, paid links, or paid reviews. If you are enquiring about advertising, use the form above and pick “Advertising or partnerships”. Requests to place links inside existing articles will be declined.
